At Weed Wars, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it. If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your order, don’t panic – we’ve got a simple, no-nonsense returns policy.

How long do I have?

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it.

What can I return?

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (we can’t take back a shirt that’s been through an intergalactic battle).

• Items must include the original tags/packaging.

How do I return?

1. Use our Contact Us form to request a return. Be sure to include your order number.

2. We’ll send you the return instructions.

3. Ship the item(s) back to us – please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds can take up to 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

• Want to swap for a different size or design? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to make the exchange quick and painless.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not quite what you expected, please email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out at light-speed (well, as close as the postal service allows).
